tired.

I couldn't go to sleep at all yesterday. :/ I didn't even go to sleep until 5 o' clock and then got to get up 3 hours later to go to work. I wasn't happy and just wanted to go into the fettle position and die. DX

But as I started working it got better and I'm not quite as tired. And unfortunately I can't take naps. Not because I don't want to but because when I lay down to do so I can't go to sleep and end up fidgeting, haha. It's kind of odd. But it is just how it works for me.

I'm going to get off here soon and do crap. Like watch a movie or be constructive. I'll make another post like 'pondering' soon so be prepared for mass sarcasm. ;D

So I bought myself an older magazine that featured the GazettE (the main reason I bought it.) I also bought this because it came with a free poster of the GazettE which I LOVED. :D



(I swear that I hung it straight I just take crooked pictures...)

I also got a postcard of the same photo but my camera died before I could take a picture of it. But the thought was there. XD I also took 3 random pictures from inside. (: I mean really I just plopped the book open and then just flipped to the left and to the right and took a picture of the 3 that I came across. (:







The highlight of this magazine: The perfume ads. XDD I mean...they just made my day. They were great, I mean really. It just seemed so weird... I mean I know America isn't the only place that advertises perfume but no matter where you live it is always strange seeing some other country advertise things. Only because you get so use to the way they do them or you get in your head that only your country sells stuff like this that you get some sort of deja vu when seeing other countries do it. XD

And that was how I felt with seeing the Japanese ads. ;D Especially since the one guy who was advertising one should not have had his shirt off. *________*;

This was the sketch work for this piece of artwork right here. It was a gift art for rannsama from deviantart. (: X-DOWN is one of my favorite original stories/manga's by her only because of its reference to Alice in Wonderland. Well I shouldn't say that...because I love her concept sketches, her characters, and her plots. So it wasn't just that, but that was what drew me to it to begin with. (:

I kind of think the sketch is better for details but the inking shows the edits I made to it that I like better. (: So I like both~. ♥ I hope you do as well!

Lately I haven't been doing a whole lot of anything. I mean, I have some sketches I should post or something (I mean scan, edit...THEN post) but I just look at them and go, "Eh." But I've kind of always been like that. XD; I'm so mediocre. >w>;

My shoulder was killing me all of work today. I felt like just shooting it off if I could. It's feeling better now, probably because I'm not doing anything strenuous, haha.

I feel kind of bad that I haven't been updating my Livejournal lately. OTL; But I really just like how I can just come on here and write an entry and not have to worry about what people are going to say or have to meet some expectations. I can be a smart-ass, a jerk, happy, sad, mopey, whinny, and just all around blah and not have to deal with all the internet craziness.

It's like my own personal journal, if I had one. :/

I just figured out that I could buy video's for my ZuneHD. I've been buying some Samurai Champloo episodes. (: What is funny is that I had been wanting to finish watching the show but never have the chance here online or to rent it at the library (though I don't think they have it.) Plus I can watch it on the go, and since I never get tired of them I enjoy watching older ones over again. :3

Samurai Champloo is one of the only animes where I could watch the same episode 5 times in a row and still find it hilarious, amazing, and just all around fantastic. (: I also bought myself an The Office episode. ;D

Though I'm probably going to stick more with buying Samurai Champloo, I'll probably purchase some of my favorite SyFy tv shows like Destination Truth and Warehouse 13. :D

Thought I'd let you all know so you can be weeping for joy, lol!

I finally got around to drawing an old OC of mine who I thought I had lost in the pits of nothingness. It seems a lot of my drawings/characters end up like that. I either forget about them, or basically trash them but don't seem to have the capacity to do so. Odd indeed.

Well this is an old scientist I had made up for a story which I have long since scrapped but she (for some odd reason) always was at the back of my mind. This is also an example sketch for some free sketches I'm giving away over at deviantart.

I finally got around to changing my layout to meet my standards. I would like to thank indreamsmaybe for the layout design. (: I like how it looks a lot like livejournal but isn't. ♥ This has a lot of character and I am really excited to start ranting in it and posting crap.

pondering

i like to ponder why it is I am inside when the day is clearly ripe for the frolicking. don't we all ponder as such? i find it quite strange how I can even remotely justify being in here whilst the day whisks away into nothing. also, it is good to note (as it was not earlier) that I am indoors at this time. i am not blogging in some remote area location outside that allows me to both be technically sophisticated and wild-man savvy. if I had any expertise in this field I would be happy. oh so very happy. because then that would mean I would own my very own futuristic laser guns that shoot out of my headphones.
